Karju
Karju (Persian: كرجو), also Romanized as Karjū; also known as Qaraju, is a village in Abidar Rural District of the Central District of Sanandaj County, Kurdistan province, Iran. The village is populated by Kurds.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 2,172 in 476 households. The following census in 2011 counted 2,072 people in 561 households. The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 1,942 people in 553 households. It was the most populous village in its rural district.
