Karakoçan
Karakoçan (Ottoman Turkish: تپه Tepe, Kurdish: Dep, Armenian: Oxi) is a town of Elazığ Province in the Eastern Anatolia region of Turkey. It is the seat of Karakoçan District. It is populated by Kurds and had a population of 14,811 in 2022.
