Kara Royster

Kara Mae Royster (born October 5, 1993) is an American actress who holds dual American and Canadian citizenship. She is best known for portraying Yvonne Phillips in Pretty Little Liars, Abby Martin in K.C. Undercover, and Eva in the Dynasty reboot.
