Kamazan-e Vosta Rural District

Kamazan-e Vosta Rural District (Persian: دهستان كمازان وسطي) is in Zand District of Malayer County, Hamadan province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Piruz.

Not to be confused with Kamazan-e Olya Rural District or Kamazan-e Sofla Rural District.

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 4,163 in 1,083 households. There were 3,486 inhabitants in 1,065 households at the following census of 2011. At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 2,658 in 902 households. The most populous of its 12 villages was Piruz, with 821 people.
