Kamalabad, West Azerbaijan

Kamalabad (Persian: كامل اباد), also Romanized as Kamālābād; also known as Kermamakand, Kharmam Kand, Khermāmākand, Khermameh Kand, Kher Mameh Kand, and Kheyr Mameh Kandī, is a village in, and the capital of, Hajjilar-e Shomali Rural District of Hajjilar District of Chaypareh County, West Azerbaijan province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 380 in 79 households, when it was in the former Hajjilar Rural District of the former Chaypareh District of Khoy County. The following census in 2011 counted 368 people in 113 households, by which time the district had been separated from the county in the establishment of Chaypareh County. The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 302 people in 95 households.
