Kallamedu Formation
The Kallamedu Formation is a Late Cretaceous (Maastrichtian) geologic formation located in Ariyalur, India that forms part of the Ariyalur Group. Dinosaur remains and petrified wood samples are among the known fossils recovered from this formation.
