Kalgeh Zar

Kalgeh Zar (Persian: كلگه زار), also Romanized as Kalgeh Zār, was a village in Tashan-e Sharqi Rural District of Tashan District, Behbahan County, Khuzestan province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 689 in 131 households. The following census in 2011 counted 672 people in 148 households.

In July 2013, the village of Mashhad merged with the villages of Ablesh, Chahardahi-ye Asgar, Chahardahi-ye Sohrab, Deh-e Ebrahim, Kalgeh Zar, Masiri, Sarallah, Shahrak-e Taleqani, and Tall Kohneh to form the new city of Tashan.
