Kalat-e Hay-ye Sharqi Rural District
Kalat-e Hay-ye Sharqi Rural District (Persian: دهستان كلاته هائ شرقي) is in the Central District of Meyami County, Semnan province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Bakran.

At the National Census of 2006, its population (as a part of the former Meyami District of Shahrud County) was 6,420 in 1,682 households. There were 5,837 inhabitants in 1,816 households at the following census of 2011. At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 5,503 in 1,848 households, by which time the district had been separated from the county in the establishment of Meyami County. The most populous of its 55 villages was Bakran, with 1,266 people.
