Kaipo Asing
William Ulrich Asing Jr., better known as Bill "Kaipo" Asing (September 11, 1930–October 16, 2022) was an American politician in the US state of Hawaii. Asing served as the acting mayor of Kauai from July 17, 2008, until December 1, 2008, following the death of former Mayor Bryan J. Baptiste.
