Kadré Désiré Ouédraogo
Kadré Désiré Ouédraogo (born 31 December 1953 in Boussouma) is a Burkinabè statesman. He was the Prime Minister of Burkina Faso from 1996 to 2000 and Chairman of the Commission of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS).
