They are owned by Cumulus Media and they simulcast a classic rock radio format. KHKK is licensed to Modesto, California and KDJK is licensed to Mariposa, California. The Hawk carries the syndicated Bob & Tom morning show and during the football season, The Hawk airs Las Vegas Raiders games.
