By day, KALI broadcasts at 5,000 watts. As 900 AM is a Mexican clear channel frequency reserved for XEW-AM in Mexico City, KALI reduces power to 150 watts at sunset. It uses a directional antenna with a three-tower array. The transmitter is on East Olive Avenue in Chino.
