Julio César Cáceres
Julio César Cáceres López (pronounced [ˈxuljo ˈsesaɾ ˈkaseɾes ˈlopes]; born 5 October 1979) is a Paraguayan football manager and former player who played as a defender. He is the current manager of Sportivo Luqueño.
