Juan de Carranza Fernández de la Reguera
Juan Manuel de Carranza Fernández de la Reguera was a Spanish ship-of-the-line lieutenant. He was known for commanding the Diego Velázquez during the Action of 13 June 1898 of the Spanish-American War.
