José Tomás Ovalle
José Tomás Ovalle y Bezanilla (Latin American Spanish: [xoˈse toˈmas oˈβaʝe]; December 21, 1787 – March 21, 1831) was a Chilean political figure. He served twice as provisional president of Chile.
