Jordi Puigneró
Jordi Puigneró i Ferrer (Catalan pronunciation: [ˈʒɔɾði pudʒnəˈɾo i fəˈre]; born 2 February 1974) is a Catalan IT engineer and politician. He served as Vice President of Spanish Autonomous Community of Catalonia and Minister of Digital Policies and Territory since May 2021 until 29 September 2022. He previously served between 2018 and 2021 as minister of Digital Policies and Public Administration of the Government of Catalonia. He is a member of Together for Catalonia (JUNTS) political party. He is considered the designer and architecture of the Catalan Digital Republic project.
