John H. Ray

John Henry Ray (September 27, 1886 – May 21, 1975) was an American lawyer, business executive, and politician who served as a U.S. Representative from New York as a member of the Republican Party. He served five terms in Congress representing the state's 15th district, which at the time encompassed parts of Staten Island and Brooklyn.
