Joe Germaine

Joseph Berton Germaine (born November 16, 1975) is an American former football quarterback who played in the National Football League (NFL) and the Arena Football League (AFL). He played college football for the Ohio State Buckeyes and was selected by the St. Louis Rams in the fourth round of the 1999 NFL draft.
