Joe Chealey
Joseph Emmanuel Chealey (born November 1, 1995) is an American professional basketball player for Hapoel Eilat of the Israeli Basketball Premier League. He played college basketball for College of Charleston located in South Carolina. He was born in Orlando, Florida where he grew up and went to Apopka High School.
