Joan Blaeu

Joan Blaeu (Dutch pronunciation: [ˈjoːɑn ˈblʌu]; 23 September 1596 – 21 December 1673; also called Johannes Blaeu) was a Dutch cartographer born in Alkmaar, the son of cartographer Willem Blaeu.
