Jim Poole (pitcher)
James Richard Poole (April 28, 1966 – October 6, 2023) was an American pitcher in Major League Baseball (MLB) who was a relief pitcher from 1990 through 2000. He appeared in the 1995 World Series with the Cleveland Indians. He was a member of the United States national team which won the silver medal in Baseball at the 1987 Pan American Games and was inducted into the Georgia Tech Sports Hall of Fame in 1997.
