Jeffrey Holmstead
Jeffrey Ralph "Jeff" Holmstead (born June 20, 1960) is an American energy lobbyist and lawyer. He is a partner with Houston-based Bracewell LLP and a former deputy administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency in the George W. Bush administration. Bracewell LLP is formerly Bracewell & Giuliani, the international law firm of Rudy Giuliani.
