Jasper Philipsen
Jasper Philipsen (born 2 March 1998) is a Belgian professional cyclist who currently rides for UCI WorldTeam Alpecin–Deceuninck. Specialising as a sprinter, he won several stages in the Tour de France and Vuelta a España.
