Jason Raye Avant (born April 20, 1983) is an American former professional football player who was a wide receiver in the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at the University of Michigan and was drafted by the Philadelphia Eagles in the fourth round of the 2006 NFL Draft. Avant was also a member of the Carolina Panthers and Kansas City Chiefs.
