James G. Richards (born November 7, 1969) is a former American football offensive guard in the National Football League (NFL) for the Dallas Cowboys, Los Angeles Rams and Phoenix Cardinals. He also was a member of the Las Vegas Posse in the Canadian Football League (CFL). He was selected by the Dallas Cowboys in the third round (64th overall) of the 1991 NFL Draft. He played college football at the University of California, Berkeley.
