Jack L. Rives
Jack L. Rives (born 1952) is a former American military officer and executive director and chief operating officer of the American Bar Association. Rives is a former TJAG ("The Judge Advocate General") of the United States Air Force Judge Advocate General's Corps. In 2008, he became the first Judge Advocate General in any service to hold the rank of lieutenant general. He served in the U.S. Air Force from 1977 until 2010.
