Jabbar Alluaibi
Jabbar Ali Hussein Alluaibi (Arabic: جبار اللعيبي; born 13 June 1945) is an Iraqi politician who was in the position of the Iraqi Minister of Oil. He is the CEO of Iraq National Oil Company (INOC).
