Constantinople vilayet
The Vilayet of Constantinople or Istanbul (Turkish: Vilâyet-i İstanbul, French: Vilayet de Constantinople) was a first-level administrative division (vilayet) of the Ottoman Empire, encompassing the imperial capital, Constantinople (Istanbul).
