Ilyas Osman Lugator
Ilyas Osman Lugator (Somali: Ilyaas Cismaan Lugatoor) or Husein Isman Lugator (Somali: Xuseen Cismaan Lugatoor) is the vice president of Puntland since January 2024. His nickname is Gabilay.
