Idol Philippines

Idol Philippines (known as Search for the Idol Philippines in the first season or better known as Philippine Idol) is a Philippine reality singing television competition broadcast by Kapamilya Channel, A2Z, and TV5. As part of the Idol franchise created by British entertainment executive Simon Fuller, the show aims to discover new solo singing talents, with the winner determined by weekly singing challenges and the viewing public. This is the third iteration of the Idol franchise in the Philippines, after Philippine Idol in 2006 by ABC 5 (now TV5) and Pinoy Idol in 2008 by GMA Network. It aired from April 21, 2019, to September 18, 2022, replacing World of Dance Philippines and was replaced by Everybody, Sing!.

The show employs a panel of celebrity judges who critique the contestants' performances. The original judging panel comprises singer-actress Regine Velasquez, comedian and television presenter Vice Ganda, singer-actor James Reid, and singer-songwriter Moira Dela Torre. Singer-songwriter Gary Valenciano and Parokya ni Edgar frontman Chito Miranda would later join the judging panel for the second season, replacing Ganda and Reid.
