Hyundai Fomex

Hyundai Fomex (Korean: 현대포멕스) is a photo and broadcasting equipment company in Korea. It was established in May 1992 as Hyundai Trading Company and converted into a corporation in 1996 with the name of Hyundai Fomex. Fomex instituted a Digital Business Unit at Hongik University in 2002. In 2010, Fomex established a research and development center for broadcasting equipment industry advancement, and expanded exporting to North America, Europe, South America and other parts of Asia by participating in international fairs. Fomex won the VIP Asia Awards for best products in 2013 (with the Fomex E Studio Flash) and 2014. In 2015, Fomex was designated as a Hi-Seoul brand company in Seoul. It was selected as a Small Giant Company of Korea in 2018.
