Chickpea salad, sometimes called hummus salad (Arabic: سلطة حمص), using the Arabic word for 'chickpea', is a salad in Arab cuisine. It consists of whole cooked chickpeas, lemon juice, garlic, tahini, salt, olive oil, and cumin.
