Hugh H. Bownes

Hugh Henry Bownes (March 10, 1920 – November 5, 2003) was an American federal judge who served as a United States circuit judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, after previously serving as a United States District Judge of the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire.
