Huang Guoxian
Huang Guoxian (Chinese: 黄国显; born April 1962) is a lieutenant general of the Chinese People's Liberation Army Air Force (PLAAF). He has served as the inaugural Commander of the Eastern Theater Command Air Force since its establishment in February 2016. Prior to that, he was Commander of the Nanjing Military Region Air Force and Deputy Commander of the Nanjing MR from 2013 to 2016.
