Hong Jin-ki

Hong Jin-Ki (Korean: 홍진기; Hanja: 洪璡基, Japanese name: 德山進一, Tokuyama Shin'ichi; 13 March 1917 – 13 July 1986) was an entrepreneurial journalist and South Korean high-ranking official of the Syngman Rhee government who served as the 9th Ministry of Justice from 1958 to 1960.
