Honam Rural District

Honam Rural District (Persian: دهستان هنام), formerly Selseleh Rural District (دهستان سلسله), is in the Central District of Selseleh County, Lorestan province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Sarab-e Seyah Push.

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 6,788 in 1,504 households. There were 6,477 inhabitants in 1,640 households at the following census of 2011. At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 6,207 in 1,768 households. The most populous of its 71 villages was Sarab-e Saqqa, with 435 people.
