Honam Rural District
Honam Rural District (Persian: دهستان هنام), formerly Selseleh Rural District (دهستان سلسله), is in the Central District of Selseleh County, Lorestan province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Sarab-e Seyah Push.

At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 6,207 in 1,768 households. The most populous of its 71 villages was Sarab-e Saqqa, with 435 people.
