Hokushinetsu Football League
Hokushin'etsu Football League (北信越フットボールリーグ, Hokushin'etsu Futtobōru Rīgu) is a group of five prefectures in the Hokushinetsu region. which comprise of Hokuriku and Shin'etsu in Japan. They are (Nagano, Niigata, Toyama, Ishikawa, and Fukui). It is a soccer league in which club teams registered in Class 1 participate. The abbreviation is HFL.
