Hiv Rural District (Persian: دهستان هيو) is in the Central District of Savojbolagh County, Alborz province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Hiv.

At the National Census of 2006, its population (as a part of Tehran province) was 14,352 in 3,992 households. In the most recent census of 2016, the population was 15,164 in 4,927 households, by which time the county had separated from the province and become a part of recently established Alborz province. The most populous of its eight villages was Hiv, with 8,697 people.
