Hikmet Hajiyev
Hikmet Farhad oglu Hajiyev (Azerbaijani: Hikmət Fərhad oğlu Hacıyev) is an Azerbaijani public figure who serves as the Foreign Policy Advisor to the President of Azerbaijan. He also serves as the Head of Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration.
