Heruz Rural District (Persian: دهستان هروز) is in Kuhsaran District of Ravar County, Kerman province, Iran. It is administered from the city of Hojedk.

At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 5,102 in 1,642 households. The largest of its 73 villages was Heruz-e Sofla, with 416 people.
