Herbert G. Squiers

Herbert Goldsmith Squiers (April 20, 1859 – October 19, 1911) was an American diplomat and soldier, who served as the U.S. minister to Cuba (19021905), and Panama (19061909) and a Second Lieutenant in the United States Army.
