Herbert Edward Ryle
Herbert Edward Ryle KCVO FBA (25 May 1856 – 20 August 1925) was an English Old Testament scholar and Anglican bishop, successively serving as the Bishop of Exeter, the Bishop of Winchester and the Dean of Westminster.
