Hempnall is a village and civil parish in the English county of Norfolk. It covers an area of 14.82 km2 (5.72 sq mi) and had a population of 1,310 in 522 households at the 2001 census, the population reducing to 1,292 at the 2011 Census. For the purposes of local government, it falls within the district of South Norfolk. Hempnall lies on the B1527 road, with neighbouring villages including Tasburgh and Saxlingham Nethergate.
