Heather Tom
Heather Tom (born Heather Marie Tom, November 4, 1975 in Hinsdale, Illinois) is an American actress and television director. She is best known for her roles as Victoria Newman on The Young and the Restless, Kelly Cramer on One Life to Live and All My Children, and since 2007, Katie Logan on The Bold and the Beautiful.
