Hayrullah Fişek
General Hayrullah Fişek (1885–1975) was a career officer in the Ottoman Army and the Turkish Army (Captain, Ottoman War Academy, 1904 - rtd. 1945, Major-General (Mirliva) Undersecretary for the Ministry of National Defence).
