Harang
Harang (Persian: هرنگ, also Romanized as Herang; also known as Hurnak) was a village in, and the capital of, Harang Rural District of Kukherdharang District, Bastak County, Hormozgan province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 4,531 in 896 households. The following census in 2011 counted 5,082 people in 1,228 households. The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 4,564 people in 1,158 households. It was the largest village in its rural district.
After the census, the village of Kukherd (the capital of Kukherdharang District), after merging with Harang, was transformed into a city and named Kukherdharang.
