Hakimabad, Chenaran
Hakimabad (Persian: حكيم اباد, also Romanized as Ḩakīmābād, Akīm Ābad, and Hakīm Ābād) is a village in, and the capital of, Hakimabad Rural District of Seyyedabad District, Chenaran County, Razavi Khorasan province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 942 in 220 households, when it was in Radkan Rural District of the Central District. The following census in 2011 counted 815 people in 239 households. The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 771 people in 234 households.
In August 2019, the rural district was separated from the district in the establishment of Radkan District and Seyyedabad District, each of which was divided into two rural districts.
