H. E. Eastman
Harry Eugene Eastman (March 25, 1819 – March 22, 1898) was an American lawyer, businessman, and Wisconsin pioneer. He was the 3rd mayor of Green Bay, Wisconsin, and served as a Union Army cavalry officer during the American Civil War. In historical documents, his name is often abbreviated as H. E. Eastman.
