Hōjō Tokiyuki (Scouting)

Hōjō Tokiyuki (北条 時敬, March 23, 1858 April 27, 1929) was an educator, mathematician and politician in Meiji period Japan. He was the twelfth head of Gakushūin Peers’ School, and an early Japanese Scouting notable.
