Hōjō Tokiyuki (Scouting)
Hōjō Tokiyuki (北条 時敬, March 23, 1858 – April 27, 1929) was an educator, mathematician and politician in Meiji period Japan. He was the twelfth head of Gakushūin Peers’ School, and an early Japanese Scouting notable.
