Grayvoron
Grayvoron (Russian: Гра́йворон, pronounced [ˈɡraɪ̯vərən]) is a town and the administrative center of Grayvoronsky District in Belgorod Oblast, Russia, located on the shores of the Vorskla (a tributary of the Dnieper) and Grayvoronka Rivers. Population: 6,179 (2021 Census); 6,234 (2010 Census); 6,196 (2002 Census); 5,992 (1989 Census). It was previously known as Grayvorony (until 1838). As of March 2024, the town is under the control of Ukrainian-backed Russian anti-government forces.
